Yoel Benn
Founder of the Centre for Experiential Learning
Personal Profile
I’m a teacher, facilitator, and experience designer who believes learning should be lived, not just memorised. My journey with experiential learning started when I was nine. One camp turned a plain hall into a full-blown simulation of social inequality, and I still remember how it felt. That spark lit a fire. A few years later, bored in Year 11 Human Biology, I created a tag game where classmates acted as white blood cells and viruses. That moment flipped the switch - learning doesn’t have to sit in a textbook, it can move, breathe, connect. Fast forward 15 years, and I’ve been designing and delivering immersive learning experiences for schools, for-purpose organisations, and businesses - from classrooms and camps to retreats and overseas journeys. Whether it's a workshop, a game, or a guided reflection, I craft learning that sticks - because it’s felt, shared, and applied.
Company Overview
At the Centre for Experiential Learning, we believe learning should be active, meaningful, and built to last. We work with schools, for-purpose organisations, and businesses to design experiences that move people - literally and figuratively - by turning big ideas into hands-on, human-centred programs. From workshops and retreats to curriculum design and facilitation training, we work alongside you to create learning that sticks. We can co-design full learning journeys or step in to support a single session. That might mean reworking a staff induction, energising professional development, or embedding inquiry-based learning across a curriculum. Whatever the format, we tailor every experience to your people, your context, and your goals.

Christopher Clyde Green
Founder of Verdant Consultancy
Personal Profile
I am an experienced IB educator, examiner, and workshop leader with a passion for helping young people, educators, and schools navigate their academic and personal journeys with confidence. I have taught and held leadership roles at leading international schools, including Le Rosey, Ecolint, and Institut International de Lancy, where I combined academic rigour with a strong focus on pastoral care. My work is rooted in the belief that education should nurture the whole person – balancing achievement with wellbeing, resilience, and a sense of purpose. As an apprentice trustee for the YMCA, I continue to advocate for inclusive opportunities and community support for young people.
