About this event
In this third live Global Education Network event, in collaboration with our partners at Summer Discovery, we turn our attention to a part of the student experience that is often overlooked, yet holds significant potential: what happens outside of term time, and how it can be used far more intentionally to support learning and development.
School holidays are typically seen as a pause in education. But for many students, this time represents one of the most underutilised opportunities to build confidence, deepen subject interest, and develop the skills that matter most for life beyond school.
In this practical, insight-led discussion, international school leaders and guidance counsellors from different regions will explore how time outside of term can be reframed as a meaningful extension of the learning journey, without placing additional pressure on teachers or families.
